i finally hit home- getting the feeling girls despair
the feeling of being Fat


in this cruel reality, us being fat= unaccepted, ugly, unattractive
basically all the negativity sunks in
n i shall admit the insecurities, being afraid i felt in that instance


one collegue pointed out the lil weight bulged
i personally had long denied



it really feels horrible :(


i guess, i'm doing a regime
maybe doing a fast walk around the estate will help
i hope.
