Here's an update after lappie got back home :)

fasting month is here

FREQUENT FASTING STATEMENTS BY U GUYS. But appreciate the thoughts tho.

1)wah! u fasting but still look so steady!
yahlah. its not e end of the world wat!

2)tired anot?
go to Geylang in the afternoon and see how many Malay muslims are invading there!
set ur attention on the old aunties. they can travel from place A to place C
with plastic bagSS on both hands and still look so energetic!

3)i tink if i fast, i will faint.
no u wont. u dont hear in the news or anywhere, people die/faint bcoz they fast mah!
u canot tahan then dun fast lor. The rule dun force u oso.

4)how u tahan?

5)why must fast ah?
then why must u breathe ah? God wan us to fast, we fast la

but other than that,
i had a change of perspective on NS boys
i always thought (esp mat CD) they wont fast let alone pray
but i was awed to see a few groups of mat CDs and police who make way to the mosque
if u think they are the typical pious bunch, wrong lor!
